Not sure if this is in the right place, if not I apologize. Here is my issue, I bought my 97 Eclipse RS with Halo head lamps already installed. The issue is, for some reason the brights will not come on when the low beams are on, but if I turn the **** back to have just the running lights on then the brights will work as long as I hold the switch forward.

I dont know if this is a wiring issue but im assuming it is, any advice is appreciated.
