Horn has become VERY quiet

Hey there. My horn on my 2003 Eclipse Spyder is very quiet (like it is in a box). I replaced the horn and still no improvement. Any other ideas? Thanks.

Maybe because not enough current is getting to the horn itself. Check the voltage with a volt meter or something.

Also, check and make sure it is grounded properly.

If all is ok then simply replace it
