HORRIBLE screech
 

I own a 99 Galant GTZ, and at first the brakes screeched (which i was told is normal, but it didnt sound normal) but now it screeches even when im not using the brakes! it makes my car look bad, PLEASE HELP ME!

if you are possitive that its your brakes they may just need replaced

mettalic pads will screech where engaged at slower speeds
if they screech when not ingaged , there is generally a safety clip that rubs on the rotor to audibly tell you that the pads are worn and need attention

just take it to a shop and have it checked or if capable replace them your self

no implying that you are incapable
