mirage 95 "lights out"

mirage 95 "lights out"
hi all!
Can anybody bail me out.Im not familiar with this car (mirage coupe '95)
and the problem is that my tail lights and dash,parking lights are not working, my brake lights are fine though. I've replaced the bulbs but 2 no effect. I'm trying to replace fuses but i dont no where to look ive tried the obvious places like the right hand side under the steering wheel where there is a fuse panel but it makes no sense since the car is a japanese import and markings are in japanese [&:]! If anybody could help me with this tips, diagrams,owners manual, wiring layouts, anything relevant i would be very appreciative. my email is shallow_al_0@hotmail.com. Thanks again everybody.
