MITSUBISHI COLT CZC2 2008 window issue

Hi

I have a 2008 colt that has recently had issues with the drivers window.

It drops when door opening but doesn't return when closed. Also when the button is activated it travels about an inch at at time in start stop motion. This means the roof cannot be lowered.

any ideas?
