Outlander Sport 2013 generator
Hi,
I recently replaced my wife's broken belt auto-tensioner and realized the generator is not working as well. We received the generator yesterday.
As I was looking down the engine, I was trying to figure out how and where the generator could come out. There is not enough space anywhere for the generator(alternator) to come out. I looked in the manual workshop for the Outlander Sport and I only see the procedure to disassemble the generator itself.
As anyone done this job before on a Outlander Sport/RVR 2013? I will continue looking in the manual but cannot seem to find the procedure used i.e. removing
the radiator, hoses, etc. If there is an easier way without having to remove everything. I will eventually go look under and figure out a way but I would be glad to receive any comment that would give me a little notch in the right direction.
Thanks!
