Phonebook from iPhone 4 won't load

Hi All

I have a 2013 Lancer GT, and can't seem to get the Phonebook from my iPone to load. It seems to go thru the process but then tells me the phonebook is empty.:mad:
Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong ?
