Previous owner smoked, heavy

What is the best way to get rid of the smoke smell inside the car, replace all the carpet, seats and headliner? After steam cleaning, it is still very heavy.

lots of scneted ornaments. :D. I cant see any other way around replacing the carpets and seats if steam cleaning it didnt work. I had that in one of my cars and it was impossible to get it out.

Man some people have no respect for their cars.... I mean I'm not innocent.. I'm a smoker. But I have never smoked in my car... I don't even smoke within 10 feet of my car. I would just swap out the carpet, get a carbon headliner, and new seats. I mean c'mon you're gonna do it anyway haha ;-)
