Rats and '07 Outlander
 

:mad:Yeah rodents - has anyone else found that these little devils love Mitsubishi wiring ?
Not only wiring - I just found a nest in my 07 Outlander air intake established in past couple of days on the cabin air filter !!
There is no guard on the air intake channel at the filter by the way - look at the corners by the hood hinge - that rubber doesn't stop anything let alone rodents,. Then plunk - into a nice cushy filter box - how cozy eh?
. Anyone have any issue with these rats?? I have found several notes on other sites but dating a couple of years back

put a box of decon under the hood or leave a light on under the engine at night
