Just drove up to NH from FL with my 2004 Endeavor. Great shape, no noise, changed oil before trip. Had 99,500 miles when I left FL. Got to NH fine and the engine was quiet as a mouse. Went to start car in afternoon and it cranked slower than usual (couple seconds) unusual clatter and when it started it was rough, then lifter? clatter and no oil pressure. There was no warning. Doesn't burn oil. No maintenance issues.Changed timing belt and water pump at about 85,000 miles. My mileage is now in excess of the 100,000 mile guarantee by about 1000 miles.
Any ideas?

Any chance Mitsubishi will extend warranty or some part of warranty?
