Tranny Problems HELP!!

I just purchased a 91 Eclipse GST automatic for $500 and this car was missing the ECU. The car is not shifting properly after I installed the computer from a similar car (turbo) EXCEPT the donor car was a 5 speed. It will shift from 1st to 2nd with the OD off, but as soon as I turn the OD on, it slips out of second when I let off the gas and try to accelerate again. Now, its my understanding that the car has a separate TCU, so is the new computer the culprit for the wrong shifting, or is it internal? I did put some new fluid in it,(approx 4 qts) and a filter. The old fluid looked like it had some water in it because it looked like strawberry milk. The car sat for about 8 months, but it supposedly shifted fine before the old ECU went out. I work at a dealership, so should I bring it up and do a professional flush and then try it, put some lucas in it, or try to find another ECU from an automatic turbo car. PLEASE HELP!!! It would be GREATLY appreciated. T
Thanks,
Rob
