RE: RIMS/TIRE SIZE

They'll fit free of rub, they just are a very low size (sidewall)

You can't just look to see if it rubs or if it will even fit. You also have to consider the overall diameter. If you get the wrong overall sizing, your speedo will be off. Too small of a diameter, you'll get a speedo that will show too fast of the actual speed. Too big and you'll get a speedo that will show too slow..do you follow me?

RE: RIMS/TIRE SIZE

Don't get me wrong, you can run whatever size you like, just know that the speedo won't match up with the actual wheel speed. I wouldn't go too big though because that's added stress on the drivetrain.
One day you might forget that you've got some heavy 'ol wheels on and launch and break the axles...do I need to show what happened to that donk at the track again, lmao.

RE: RIMS/TIRE SIZE

the overall diameter isnt going to be much of a difference between the 14s to the 16s if you look your going from a 195/70 which is a high sidewall tire. to a most likely either 205 or 215/ 45 or 50 if you line the tires up side by side i will say MAYBE a 2 inch difference in height between the 2. Your not going to be able to notice a difference in your speedo inless you went with like 20's or something ridiculous like that! ,and like silver said the larger wheels do cause stress on the drive train. but 16's with decent tires are not going to be a problem.
