Default Side skirt(? or is it called a rocker molding) reinstallation

Guys, maybe you can help me.

I 'dislocated' the right skirt on my 2012 Lancer SE. Looks like some of the plastic retainers/fasteners got 'heads' torn off and the skirt is loose at one end now.
I'm having hard time
- finding instructions on taking it off and then reinstalling back (unsure if I need any glue or something)
- finding proper retainers/fasteners to use

It seems to be a relatively simple removal/reinstallation job. But I'm a bit confused. No YouTube vids or something.
Also, the retainers/fasteners I could find on eBay only look similar (even though they are announced to fit my 2012 Lancer) but they are not exactly the same.

Any advice?

Thanks in advance.
