2003 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally... HELP

My Lancer starts to jerk when shifting through 2nd and 3rd gear, hesitates when I go up inclines and when I go above 60 mph.

What can be causing this??? What can I do or do I need to fix it???

ignition coil maybe . mass air flow sensor. alot of things
