Fault code

Hi my Outlander 2012 2.2 Diesel has recently been slightly misfiring when picking up the drive from coasting,most noticeable when in 5th/6th gear.It does it randomly but is very annoying.Ive done a fault code read and its got 2 codes P1351 and P1351P any ideas guys ? I have also looked at the alternator and the small 2 pin plug has eroded, can this be replaced ??
