I have an Code E 03 on my Infinity radio
 

I have a 97 Montero Sport, when I attempted to play a cd from the 10 disc changer it says E 03. It cycles through the cds in changer but would not play. The radio and tape deck plays fine. Can anyone advise? Can this be fixed with a CD cleaner or do I need to replace the Changer? I'm sure the dealer will fixed if for what is would cost to be replaced.
