Default lightweight flywheel

OK i'm either going with a Fidanza lightweight flywheel which is 8.92lbs or the ACT Pro Street whichi is 7.00lbs. The fidanza i can get for about 200 or the ACT is about 260. Is 1.92lbs going to make that much difference???? i know it's less rotational mass but how much difference would i see?
