Mitsubishi Outlander Sport / RVR lift options
 

Hi I have a 2011 Mitsubishi RVR/ Outlander Sport and want to install a 40 mm strut spacers to the front and back of the vehicle, but I was told by my local mechanic if I did install them it would cause the vehicle to be out of alignment, and could not be adjusted properly after installation, causing premature tire, lower control arm, ball joint wear. I’m wondering if I should believe him? Or install then anyway. I have tried to look up info online about this or other lift options and have not been able to find anything other than spacers! Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!!
