Tail light disassembly (help!)
I'm planning on disassembling my '04 Lancer Ralliart tail lights so I can remove the chrome trim around the lights (I think it looks cheesy)... a friend of mine said that if you just use rubbing alcohol, the chrome will come off and leave black underneath, which is what I want.
Does anyone know if this is true? Or has anyone disassembled tail lights before? I'm planning on using a heat gun on mine.
