On a 2019 Outlander Sport- how often need it be done?

I never cleaned mine on our 2016 Outlander. Over 110K miles. Might look into it though. I know dealers push it hard, probably for extra revenue. I don’t think it’s in the service manual. If your idling rough, might before worth trying. I think it’s more of an issue in turbo cars.
