I have a 3 inch turbo back exhaust, that i dont know the brand off and im trying to find gaskets, so i can put it on, but i cant find 3 inch gaskets anywhere and im not sure if the up pipe gasket is the same kind of gasket as the rest........any ideas?

Try extremepsi.com thats where I got gaskets for my exhaust.

the up pipe looks like its gonna have a diffrerent gasket, i measured from bolt to bolt and its wider, so idk what i need for that

i dont know if you have a 3-bolt or 2 bolt, but here is a couple
http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=GSK http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=GSK and what "UP" pipe are you talking about...is it the downpipe from the o2 housing that your looking for? |
the pipe that bolts onto the turbo
and its a two bolt |
That is the downpipe, where it bolts to the o2 housing. You are looking for a donut gasket. It is not the same as the rest of the exhaust.
should be similar to this http://www.meganracingperformance.co...t-p-66530.html |
yea exactly, I need a 3 inch one
|
well saying 3inch is a little vague. The o2 housing (unless yours is not stock) is not 3inch. The downpipe is. So you need on to fit a 3inch DP but the stock o2. and if I am not mistaken most downpipes are bottlenecked at the 02 housing so the stock donut gasket fits. I know my Megan racing exhaust polted right up with the stock donut gasket and that was 3inch all the way back
|
yea I have a 3 inch all the way back, so what your saying is there is a stock donut gasket on there right now and that should be all i need most likely.
|
yea, I reused mine on my megan 3inch exhaust I had on my 03 GSR VIII. I belive the aftermarket downpipes bottleneck. In otherwords the inner diameter on the pipe is actually not 3inch where it bolts up to the o2 housing
