May sound dumb...But isnt the intake supposed to be apart from the motor? Like the filter in the fender wall or somthing? Mine sits rite on top, idk if they just ran a tube wrong, and if i buy another itll be put ina diff spot?

RE: CAI Question
Mines exactly like that, but doesnt bend down...And its all rubber tubes, I think ima just order an aluminum one

RE: CAI Question
I bet a dollar the person who had the car before you just cut the black plastic tube and threw a cone filter on it.

RE: CAI Question
I pretty much guarentee thats what they did...And its cut to long so i cant just add a bent tube to the end or the filter would hit the fuse box...

RE: CAI Question
Yeah I'd say get a CAI from a manufacturer. That way you KNOW it's right. Besides that the factory tubes have those ribs which fook up the air flow. The CAI's you get are smooth metal inside and won't impede your air flow.

RE: CAI Question
Slow I noticed you have the ground wire kit. Do they actually do anything noticable. I have a voltage stabalize and I never noticed a diffrence.
