wow to say the least you were right. the muffler place i initially went to is stupid. I called about 10 auto shops and all of em were willing to sell me a universal pipe.

the cheapest one i found was 30 but they are gonna charge me another 50 bucks to weld it on.......does that sound right?

That sounds about right. I think when i had mine done the guy charged me only like $50 total for the pipe and the labor but i had it done by a guy that just runs a backyard type mechanic so i suppose $80 total isnt really too crazy
