Getting smoke coming out my intake
 

I have a 2002 Galant. I just replaced my alternator and serpentine belts and it was fine for like a day or two. Then i got a check engine light. Now it won't start just makes a chugging noise and
I'm getting smoke out the intake. what should I be doing.

valve train F*CKED. Cam belt snapped?
Pull off rocker cover, post pic.

aaaand start looking for another engine/car.
