i thought it was off the lancer frame but i did some research and came up inconclusive. there are alot of parts from other cars that can be swapped to this one. but if you decide to sell the kit mrjaydeeone let me know

 

okay still thinking about purchasing the set up. I am now hearing from the seller that my check engine light will stay on. Anyone know what the fix is for that? Cause I know I wont be able to pass inspection with that light on

 

well you wont pass without a CAT and that is why your light will be on I bet. you can go with a hi flow or get o2 sims and i think that will fix it but you wont pass the emissions still.

The guys on the evo forums are running cat-less and still pass emissions with this mod.

and as far as emissions in NYC vehicles newer then 1996 dont have to have the thing stuck in the tailpipe. They just hook up to the computer of the car

 

I dont think they pass the smog though if it is checked it wont pass
