Default i hate 15 years of rust

Well i went to get my 1st gen turbo inspected. My exhaust manifold had a crack in it. But i had an extra. I went to unbolt the old one from the car and i snapped 4 studs even after drenching them in pb blaster. Then i went to unbolt it from the turbo and one of those bolts snapped. Went to use a screw extractor and that snapped. I went to take out the old studs that snapped and one of them snapped flush as soon as i put the vise grips on it. Then 2 of the others just wouldnt come out. So now i am missing one bolt for the manifold-2-turbo and the lower left exhaust stud, the lower right stud and the second farthest right one on the bottom. I am sick of this, i just bolted the damn thing up anyway. At this rate i think i want to buy a brand new evo and that way i know there is NO RUST.

toyota pickups are the WORST. They always friggin rust. My father bought one for cheap as a daily driver and the brake lines all are rusting. He got a leak in the fuel line right above the tank so now we have to replace the line fuel pump, and tank. The ting is such a pos.

Sad to say I did the same thing but only on one bolt. How do i go about getting the snapped off stud out of the head?
