I have a 2g eclipse that came with a cold air intake. After the MAF theres a little cone there I was wondering what purpose that was for? For shoving more air in after the MAF reads how much air just came in? Seems like its just throwing off what the true MAF reading should be

 

Im sure Mitsubishi engineers are smart enough to compensate........believe me.

 

no sebba i think he means it's got an aftermarket intake, and someone put a tiny air filter on the recirc tube, yea man youre gonna wanna recirc your bov into that tube and take that filter off of there, can you post any pictures?
