Will a Megan header bolt up to a stock down pipe of a 4G64 2.4L eclipse. And should I get a high flow cat or anything else

 

I dont recomend it at all, I have same issue with my 2011. I want to do headers and pipes, may end up just going cat back, worried about that as next summer she will be running a fogger sytstem, and nothing really availiable for this yet
