throttle body spacers

Anyone ever use them? I was thinkin about pickin one up for my 95 eclipse rs since I got a new throttlebody waitin to go on. Id rather not waste the time if people have used them and dont think much of them. Any reviews?

waste of money. Not worth it at all.
