TURBO INTAKE

on the turbo intake there is a nipple on the under side! is that connected to someting? i bought the car with that oo so i dont know! there is a hose the is just laying on the tranny that goes to a selinion is that sopposed to connect to it?

intake nipple goes to the valve cover VAC line
