Weapon r intake on a galant
 

I got a 2007 mitsubishi galant es 4 cylinder and i put in a weapon r short ram intake in it. Now the car runs fine, its just when i press the gas the car bogs, like something is holding it back and then it goes, this happens whenever i press the gas and its worst when i floor it, it takes a few seconds just to take off.
deffinitely need some help, i wld hate to put the stock intake back in as this sounds really nice but is making the car bog.

something like this happened with my versa in venezuela and i went to an exhaust place and they did something with the catalitic converter, they drill it or semi-open it and then after that the problem was solved, better mileage per gallon, and a better exhaust sound. i hope this helps.
