Default PAINT

I just got grey/black seat covers for front and back also changed armrest with same fabric. I have a (3rd gen Eclipse)
My question is the grey does not match the door panel trim very well I found a color match paint. Is there a way to remove the panels easily or can I just tape a spray with doors open? I want to do the best job possible. Help please!

If you really want to, it would be better to take the door panels off. But be careful. I have seen so many interior paint jobs look like ***. I've even seen some good ones that almost looked stock, only to get scratched and faded in a month or two. Its often not worth it. I heard the very best way to do it is with dye.
