06 Mitsubishi Eclipse No Voltage
 

So I stalled my car when I got home. It was normal and when I went to shut it off and start it again it had no lights on anywhere, no power to anything. Checked battery voltage. 12V coming from there. Fuses seem to be fine. Anyone have any ideas what I can check?

we push started it and it works then but when we shut it off we have to repeat the process. So that would mean something with the battery right?
