Mitsubishi Forum - Mitsubishi Enthusiast Forums - 2018 Eclipse Cross Infotainment stopped functioning

I've got a 2018. Couple of months ago I started it back up to find my infotainment screen had quit working. It appears to be cycling through some kind of safe mode. The 'buttons' around the outside of the screen will illuminate along with a dark screen for a while, then it all shuts off for a few seconds and repeats. Couple of things to note, the usb ports down by the cig lighter also do not function now (had stuff plugged in at the time, possible short?). When the unit 'shuts off' for those few seconds the auto up/down on the driver's window also stops functioning. I have checked all fuses in both panels (including the IOD one with yellow bracket).
Any help on what to try next would be greatly appreciated.
