99 eclipse 2.0NT (aftermarket turbo installed) The instrumentlights and directional lights blink constantly and actually sound like a relay clicking. The alarm comes on and won't turn off. I disconnected the speaker because itwas even staying on if you tried to drive. I replaced the battery and the alternator seems to be at over 14v. Even with a good batteryit doesn't want to start unless you jump it now. It did start and run after I cleaned the terminals and tightenedeverything up- and thats when thesirens started. It acts like it drains the battery and won't start, but the battery shows good. The battery light comes on after you drive for a bit and feels like it loses power.

Its a factory alarm - HELP

Can this be disabled so at least I can rule it out?
