Console ACC power shut-off?

Hi All,
I recently got an '18 RVR (Outlander Sport). My question is about the 12V ACC plug located in the center console.
Mine seems to be on all the time, how do I change it to turn off after the key is shut off?

In case anyone else is curious...

I'm told it can't be switched on my version. (So I'm adding a separate circuit to accomodate)
