Interior lights

Hi (my first post)
I have a 2011 Outlander. The interior cabin lights (front and back) have stopped working. However the tailgate and sun visor mirror lights still work. Fuse seems OK, but I changed it just in case 15A (position 9 I think) in the set behind the lower glove box. (RHD, as UK model).
Switches are at "on" or "door" positions. Any suggestions please? Diolch/thanks, John.

Hi again. After reading similar threads, I removed the overhead light console from the roof lining - Lo and behold one of the lights came on. Although the overhead light lenses have the appearance of LEDs, the bulbs inside are of the traditional inline filament design, held between sprung metal terminals. It seems that the integral click-switches operated through the light lenses might be causing a connection problem over time. I am hoping that replacing the bulbs and cleaning the terminals may do the trick.

I hope that this will be helpful as further information of members driving various models, with similar light assemblies.

Diolch
John.
