Default Steering wheel clockspring

Hi, its Bahaa and it's good to know this site which i thing some one can help me facing my problem with my mitsubishi outlander 2009. The old clockspring not working well and the flat cable inside it got dameged, i knew that because of message infront shows [(service required)(ASC OFF and ASC Button useless) (and skid sign)] and at the same time the horn starts, radio channels and volume changed if I shake steering wheel. That day i've replaced the flat cable inside clockspring and i installed it back and all buttons at steering wheel worked well, but the trouble message still mentioned same, there i visit tech and asked for help, he returne car second day with the same problem and additional ABS plinking and whispering all the time and ODO button useless, and he said we should replace the clockspring by new one, but he didn't convinced me. please any help?
