Well, in my case Markham Mitsubishi had broken both the front and the back calipers. The seals were gone and the connecting rods rust. I had the front calipers replaced at another Mitsubishi dealer after many complaints, and they covered the cost and the front caliper issues are gone so far.

The rear right one still has the issue. The cost of replacement is too great. What I have to do is every 6 months or so to take it in for service. The caliper basically gets jammed and does not move and is always slightly touching the rotor. The mitigation is to clean the rust and put more grease on the rods again and again.

In your case if the seal is still intact and some moron has not broken it you just have to have them service it and you should be good to go for a much longer while.
