3000GT (Quick Question)
Ok So I Plan On Buyin a 3000Gt but i have heard from a couple of pople that a 3000Gt is not such a good car. I heard they give alot of problems. Now I know maybe the VR4 Model might give some problems since its AWD and Twin Turbo (Most AWD cars give problems) atleast from 1990 - 1999 they do. so here Is The QUESTION! Is a 3000GT SL a good car to get. & will it give me alot of problems? & what are the major problems of a 3000GT? .......Please Help! ....Thanks!

RE: 3000GT (Quick Question)
Ever since I got my first Mitsubishi, I realized how dependable and trouble free they are. I have now bought 4 Eclipses, 2 Montero Sports, 1 full size Montero, 1 Galant, 1 Diamante, 1 Mighty Max Pickup, and 2 3000GT's. Not to mention my son has an Eclipse, my ex-wife has an Eclipse, and other family members have had Mitsubishi's as well. All have never had a problem. Not one! My first 3000GT was the base model. I just recently bought a 1995 VR-4 with 58,000 miles on it. I too worry about the problems with a twin turbo, AWA, AWS car. But, it is still called the most technologically advance automobile of it's time. I certainly would not worry about an SL or base model. I also think that if you drive a VR-4 like you drive a normal car, it will last a lot longer than driving it like a race car (which it is). If you race a car for a living, you would have to do a lot of maintenance and repairs to the car. Keep that in mind.
