Default 6G72DETT

I have seen some websitesthat sellrebuilt engines type( 6G72DETT
3000GT, Diamante, Stealth, FWD, DOHC, 24 Valve, Twin Turbo, Crank & Cam position sensors) foryears 1992-96.

the websight for that engine is http://www.nippon-motors.com/mitsubishi.htm

Since it says front wheel drive ,can that engine be placed in a base 1994 3000 gt???

Thank You

Id suspect its a typo, Im fairly certain that Mitsu nor Chrysler ever put the twin turbo version of the 6G72into a solely FWD car. I would see no reason that that motor wouldnt work in your 3kGT... though you could probably find a cheaper rebuild on Ebay...
