sorry for posting a link to another thread on the site im new and just found the 3000 gt section this will be the only time i do this :(. i will be posting in hear from now on.

i run a camaro from a roll im in 4th and slam into 3rd instead of 5th gear by accident and i get instant and complete loss of oil pressure and immediate valve ticking anyone help me out on what might have ****ed up

Have you figured it out? Sounds like rebuilding error, you'll have to take transmission apart

Drop oil pan,check for spun bearings
