CRANK SHAFT PROBLEMS

HAS ANYONE DONE AN ENGINE REBUILT ON A 3000GT.

IF YES IS THE CRANK SHAFT SAPOSTO BE HARD TO TURN I TORQUED IT DOWN TO THE TORQUE THAT IS SAID IN THE BOOK
EVERY THING IN IT IS BRAND NEW.

CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME ON THAT
