How to bleed a clutch system?
Anyone have a website, or a lot of times on their hands to write, about how to do bleed the clutch system for a 96 3000GT SL, if that even matters?
Having some ginormous clutch problems. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. |
RE: How to bleed a clutch system?
If you want to make bubbles surface then simply remove the reservoir cap... and pump the clutch for 5 mins (literally 5) Bring a second person to make sure you have bubbles surfacing.
Um its fairly strait forward and the same process goes for any car really. All you do is the follwing (non specific, sorry) Buy a bottle of fluid, you may need to get under the car, loosen teh bleed nipple on the master cyl or where ever it is on ur car, fill up the clutch reservoir, pump the clutch repeatidly untill all is flushed out. If you want to replace with new fluid then just drain it first |
