Right now i have a '93 3000gt sl. It already has a new k&n filter and custom flowmaster exhaust. Im looking for some more performance upgrades to make it quicker. I would really appreciate some suggestions for mods i could make . Thanks.

 

dose it have the 222hp NA v6 or is that only second gens? becouse 222hp isnt to bad, it could lay down a good 160-170 on the dyno

the first upgrade will give u 245hp over the stock 222hp if u do all 5 upgrades u will have 400hp!!! it is expensive thoe

 

It is the 222hp NA engine. It is pretty quick already, im just looking for something to give me a little extra. I dont think i want to go with the twin turbos but i haven't really decided yet.

 

when i said run with vr-4s i meant u would have the same if not more hp then a stock vr-4 without puting a turbo on your ride

all you will need is the oil pan and intercooler

 

My advice is to not do a turbo upgrade/conversion...Very stressful and costs a lot, unless you do everything yourself. Most people who have done it, at least those that I have talked to, said if they had the choice now, they would have rather just saved up for a VR4.
