Default REBUILDING MOTOR

Hey everyone.. I'm thinking of rebuilding my base model 3000gt motor with a few aftermarket upgrades.. this is what I have in mind for now.
-cold air intake
-exhaust system
-header(probably polish and wrap)
-spark plug
-cam shaft
-cam gears
-forged pistons
-throttle body
-act clutch
-grounding kit
-valves + valves springs
-port and polish
So would anyone knows how much HP I'll gain just from this? I'm thinking about 20hp or so possibly.. But I'm not sure.. Does anyone think this would be too much of a hassle? from the prices I found etc.. Is about $4718.98 total... It is somewhat a lot. But it'll be worth it since I have the money and all. Does any have any opinion? Anything would be great.

Well i think you need to learn a little before you bite off that task. Sell the car and get yourself a VR4 to begin with. In the mean time sign onto 3si.org and begin learning....

PS: NOT headers! (EXHAUST MANIFOLD!)
