Torque specs for cam bearing caps?
 
1994 3000gt, non turbo v6. please provide source as well.

I don't believe there are any bearings for the cam caps...

www.stealth316.com should have the information your looking for. Dig through a little bit and you'll find the torque specs. You may need to download the 3/S manual. It's all catalogued on the site though.

you can download the entire manual on stealth316.com. And chances are, most dealerships haven't worked on a 3/S in over a decade, and I'm willing to guarantee about 99% of the current techs have never touched one in their lifetime. I doubt they'd know the torque specs, or even spend the time to dig that information up.

It takes about 5 minutes to flip through the online manual, download it, and you have every ounce of information on these cars that you could EVER want, and more than you'll never need to know.

The 12mm bolts on each end bearing cap should be torqued to 14 ftlbs. The 10mm bolts on the bearing caps inbetween should be torqued at 8 ftlbs. This is from the Mitsubishi 6G7 overhaul manual for the DOHC engine.
