Default Starting Problem

I have a 1993 Mitsubishi Diamante SOHC, I disconnected my battery to install new headlight bulbs, when i re-connected the batt. and went to crank up the car, it cranked up but instantly stalled. After numerous tries it finally stayed on because i had to keep my foot on the gas until I heard something click(like something turned on in the engine). The only time it cranks up with no problems is when I've let it sit for a long time(like overnight). This is very annoying, some people say it's something with the IAC, some say ECU, some say MAF.

PS. Also when my car is running and in park, if I turn the AC off the car dies..........don't know if this is related tto the first prob or not

when you disconnected you battery, the I.S.C motor lost its memory and now wont idle. the I.S.C needs to be adjusted. that simple.

look on the throttlebody and you will see a round rubber plug stuck in a hole, or if the plug is missing, look in the hole and you will see a phillips head adjusting screw. use a phillips head the same size and screw counterclockwise to make idle go up, do this one revolution at a time, as to let the I.S.C have time to adjust properly. this should take care of it.
