2001 eclipse spyder gt Clock Display milage problem not starting
 

2001 gt Clock Display milage problem not starting . The battery died i did re charge it after putting it back to the car it just ticks and just igniction lights went off. After that the igniction lights stop working . The radio and windows , indicators work. I check the fuses inside the car and they are ok ? the car is spining but no starting. Its automatic and its not showing at what gear its at. WHAT CAN BE A PROBLEM ?
