Default 99 eclipse gs

420a turbo. turbo went bad so I am going back to Na. I have capped off oil lines, reran the fuel lines, put headers and full catback on, I just finished doing all of that. I tried to start it and it started right up. The problem I am having now is that when I step on the accelerator the engine cuts off. I don't know where to start in fixing this problem. Do you think that it is getting too much fuel, air, or do I have a supremely bad vacuum leak? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

fuel regulator fixed the problem. Now that I am able to start the car and keep it running. I took it for a test drive around the block. I was disappointed when the car never got out of second gear. The speedometer doesn't work and the car never gets out of second gear, even if I try to manually shift gears. Could these two be related or is it a bigger problem, such as the TCM.
